We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in the original packaging or a secure box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
